Sign Up For Meals - It's Easy!
Meals on Wheels of Greeley and Weld County provides hot nutritious meals made in our Greeley kitchen. Meals are created by a registered dietitian who monitors the nutrient values including carbs and sodium.
MEAL DELIVERY
Meal delivery is Monday thru Friday 10:45am-12:30pm with frozen meals available for weekend consumption. Each client has a set delivery schedule with two-day minimum each week. Along with each meal delivery, our volunteers provide a friendly visit and check in on client’s safety and well-being.

- 60+ years old and older or under 60 with a disability.
- Homebound or needing help to leave your home.
- Unable to prepare meals due to a disability or recent hospital stay.
- Reside within our service area.
Cost
We ask each client to donate towards the cost of their meals based on the client’s monthly income.

COST
We ask each client to donate towards the cost of their meals. The per meal donation amount is based on the client’s monthly income.
